Rebuilding Identity After Change
Los Altos, CA
Request a seatThe Circles
The Red Thread Project hosts intimate in-person circles for women navigating rebuilding, identity shifts, separation, single motherhood, and major life transitions.
These are not networking events.
Not therapy groups.
Not performative spaces.
Just small, thoughtful conversations with women who understand the invisible parts of rebuilding life.
Currently hosted in the San Francisco Bay Area. Free to attend, by invitation.

What these circles are
Each circle holds three to five women. The size is intentional, small enough for honesty, slow enough for nuance, quiet enough to hear what usually stays unsaid.
Identity after rupture
Rebuilding confidence
Motherhood and invisibility
Emotional exhaustion
Financial resets
Loneliness inside strength
Starting over socially
Dating after divorce or separation
Ambition after survival
Who you become after life changes you
“There is no pressure to share.
No fixing.
No performance.”

Quietly growing
Over the last few months, we’ve hosted three intimate circles across the San Francisco Bay Area. A few of the themes that keep returning to the table:

Subject: Request to join a circle
Not every woman rebuilding her life wants to do it publicly. These circles were created for that in-between space:between survival and becoming,
between isolation and visibility,
between who you were and who you’re becoming now.You do not need to have the right words.
You do not need to have everything figured out.You just need a place to begin.
